Yes! The Growth and Enterprise plans include both portals under one unified admin account. You manage your nursery, primary, and secondary sections from a single dashboard, while students and parents access their respective portals separately.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. We are fully NDPA-compliant and never share or sell student data. Daily automated backups ensure you never lose records. Your data belongs to your school.
EduVixa is cloud-based and requires an internet connection. However, we've optimized the platform to function on 3G networks with minimal data usage — important for Nigerian network conditions. We're also developing an offline-capable mode for school computer labs.
Download our Excel template, fill it with your student details (name, class, guardian contacts), and upload it. Our system automatically creates accounts and sends login credentials. For large schools (500+), our onboarding team does it for you as part of the setup process.
We accept bank transfers to our GTBank and Access Bank accounts, card payments via Paystack (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), and USSD payments. For Enterprise clients, we also support purchase orders and invoicing. Receipts are issued immediately upon payment confirmation.
Yes. EduVixa works on any device with a web browser — smartphones, tablets, computers, and even basic feature phones with internet access. We also send SMS alerts to parents who don't have internet access, so no parent is left out of their child's academic updates.
Absolutely not. Every school on EduVixa is assigned its own unique, private domain and operates within a fully isolated environment. No school can view, browse, or access another institution's data — whether that is student records, academic results, staff information, or any other detail. Each school sees only what belongs to it. Your school's information is yours alone, and that boundary is enforced at every level of the platform.
