1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how EDUVIXA NIGERIA LTD (“EduVixa”) uses cookies and similar technologies — such as your browser’s local storage — on eduvixa.com and the EduVixa app. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Local storage is similar browser storage that works in the same way for our purposes. We call all of these “cookies” below unless the difference matters.
2. Your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you choose Accept all or Reject non-essential. Strictly necessary cookies are used either way, because the Platform cannot work without them. Non-essential cookies — analytics — are used only if you accept. If you reject, Google’s analytics script is not loaded and we do not record your visit in our visitor count.
You can change your mind at any time (see Change your choice below), and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Platform (such as staying signed in) may stop working.
3. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary — always on
These keep you signed in, protect your account and remember your choices. Under the NDPA we rely on our legitimate interests (and, where relevant, performance of our contract with you) for these.

Content loaded from other services
To display, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and standard code libraries from the jsDelivr network. These providers receive your IP address and browser details when they deliver those files, as any web server does. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
4. Change your choice
Use these buttons to see the banner again or to withdraw consent and clear analytics cookies from this browser. Your decision applies to this browser only.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
5. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and site data. Instructions are in your browser’s help pages. If you use several browsers or devices, repeat your choice on each.
6. Children
Children do not have EduVixa accounts. Cookie choices are made on the device being used — normally the parent or guardian’s — and we do not use cookie data for advertising or to profile children.
7. Changes and contact
