About EduVixa
EduVixa is an online marketplace that connects students with independent tutors for live, one-on-one lessons — in languages, academic subjects, test preparation, music, and beyond. We built EduVixa around a simple belief: the right tutor, met at the right moment, can change the direction of someone's learning entirely.
What we do
We don't employ tutors, and we don't write curricula. Instead, we give independent tutors from around the world a place to build a teaching practice, and we give students a straightforward way to find, book, and pay one of them — starting with a low-commitment trial lesson before ever subscribing to ongoing lessons.
Why we exist
Great tutors are everywhere, but finding one — verifying they're qualified, agreeing on a fair price, actually getting a lesson on the calendar — has traditionally been slow and word-of-mouth. EduVixa exists to remove that friction: every tutor on the platform goes through an application and review process, pricing and availability are transparent up front, and payments, scheduling, and messaging all happen in one place.
Where we operate
EduVixa is built for a global classroom. Our tutors and students span many countries and timezones, lessons run in multiple currencies, and the platform is available in several languages — because a great tutor shouldn't be limited by where a student happens to live.
